JOB SUMMARY
Investigate product problems at Customer sites and complete the corrective
action necessary to achieve customer satisfaction
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Travel to Customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test calibrate, upgrade, repair, refurbish ARM/NOV Equipment /products
* Interface with relevant depts. to obtain a thorough understanding of NOV products and how they are safely operated , tested and calibrated.
* Perform field upgrades of software and Electrical hardware using correct and current software and hardware control protocols.
* Prepare Service Report and ARM/NOV document(s) /procedure(s) at the end of the job and summarize the job performed details to the customer.
* Train customers on the safe and proper operation of these products.
* Investigate reported Equipment /product Problems /NCRs and initiate corrective action
* Conduct field operational analysis and surveys creating reports recommending approvements and optimisation of existing and future equipment /products.
* Provide Information, reports, feedback, redline drawings to both customers and ARM / NOV appropriate departments so that correct records of all actions are understood and maintained.
* Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner
* Participate in NCR investigations
* Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
* Good relationship with Client, Supplier & ARM/NOV global team members
* Comply with all ARM/NOV company QA and HSE policies and procedures.
