  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.

  • Processing required information using the Facility Management CAFM system.

  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding maintenance service problems.

  • Processing all enquiries or escalations requested by the customers.

  • Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.

  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.

  • Following up complicated customer calls where required.

  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.

  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.

  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

  • Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.

  • Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.


  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.




  • A relevant Bachelor Degree



  • ‎2 years call center experience

  • Knowledge of administrative, clerical and customer service principles and practices.

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills. Having excellent written and spoken Arabic skills is preferred.

  • Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

  • This position reports to Senior Project Manager
