Purpose of the job
* Maximize penetration in the targeted segment (SME & SOHO segment) and enhance B2B sales figures in Oranges Outlets.
* Enhance B2B Customer experience in Oranges outlets, and increase B2B Sales in those outlets.
Duties and responsibilities
* Sell Orange Enterprise products and services and ensure proper collection for the required documents.
* Welcome walk-in Enterprise customers and handle their Sales and Pre-sales requirements.
* Identify potential Enterprise new accounts among the walk-in customers in the shop.
* Upsell to walk-in exsiting accounts and increase their revenues.
* Handle customers inquiries regarding the enterprise prodcuts & services.
* Coordinate with other departments to solve Enterprise customers problems.
* Coordinate with other departments to activate new lines and services for the customers within the identified SLAs.
* Handle generated Sales leads sent by the Telesales Team to the shop.
* Report to the Telesales Team Management the leads outcome.
* Submit a daily, weekly, monthly sales reports.
* Support in handling the assigned portfolio of Enterprise customers.
* Submit churn prediction report for the accounts at risk from the assigned portfolio.
* Attend trainings and meetings called for by the Enterprise department.
* Achieve the assigned KPIs & Targets.
* Acting as a customer experience champion to enhance the experience of the newly acquired & existing Enterprise customers.
Job specification
Education
* Bachelor degree .
Experience
* 0-3 years of experience in the sales field.
* Familarity with Telecom industry is a plus .
