Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B #Sales Associate Manager
to join our team. The Sales Associate Manager will be responsible for managing
and driving sales activities in the B2B sector, specifically focusing on
furniture sales within the retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in furniture and retail, excellent sales skills, and the
ability to lead a team towards achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related
field.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the furniture
retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of furniture products, market trends, and customer
preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and
motivating a sales team.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.
