PURPOSE:


Ensure excellent customer service is provided to customers in timely manner,
by adhering to policies and standards to achieve highest satisfaction levels
Job Description:



  • Provide excellent customer service for customers as per Aramex CS standards

  • Serve all customers enquiries and provide full information of the service

  • Handle all GCS cases, follow up and close all requests as per the SLA's

  • Attending customer's enquiry by fulfilling their requirements, solve their problems, follow up their cases and update them.

  • Manage and meet customer expectations in terms of responding time and SLA

  • Respond to all customers' enquiries and contact centre request to improve the customer service experience.

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve the team objectives

  • Close pending cases on a timely manner.

  • Support to solve the bad address shipments if needed

  • Work on the list of undelivered shipments sent by operations by contacting customers and attempting to resolve delivery issues

  • Work on the list of unknown shipments & try to allocate the correct customers

  • Communicate with customers regarding their held-in-customs shipments to clear and schedule deliveries
    Job Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience (‎1-‎2) years

  • Bachelor degree Holder (Logistics/ Supply chain Major Preferably)

  • Customer-oriented

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Problem Solver

  • English Language Fluency
