Job Purpose:
Executive Assistants generally ensure the smooth-running of the office,
working both on a one-to-one basis with the executives, but also on a wider
basis with internal and external clients.
Main Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
Efficient calendar management for MDs and Directors
Handle correspondence directed to managers
Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external
stakeholders
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that
office is operating smoothly
Manage mail and courier services.
Handle sensitive and highly confidential information
Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and any requested
documents
Attend meetings and take detailed notes.
Identify, assign and track action items to completion
Coordinate travel arrangements for MDs and detailed travel itineraries
Collect, submit and reconcile expense reports for the MDs and directors
Prepare facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if
required
Qualifications & relevant experience:
Bachelor in Business Administration or relevant degree
7-9 years’ experience
Competencies:
Experience with cross-functional and cross-affiliate activities/projects
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Strong presentation skills
Customer focused, results driven, eagerness to challenge conventions
Fluency in English and Arabic languages
