Description & Requirements
HR Advisor will manage all HR duties of Egypt, work closely with the business
and be their first contact point.
You will also be providing consultation and support to managers and employees
to align and optimize business performance and create employee engagement.
Ensure that processes and procedures are aligned with local employment
legislation and standards
Job Description
* Handle general issues regarding labor law, work environment, Market compensation and benefits, and employee/ manager relations.
* Manage the relationship with the HR vendor (Mazars & AON).
* Provide guidance and coaching to management and employees as appropriate in line with PBM Guiding Principles
Job Responsibilities
