Purpose of the job
Support the HR & Corporate Support transformation and digitalization projects
esnuring their timely delivery along with enhancing their outcome to ensure
the best employee experience, process simplification and meeting their
intended requirements.
Duties and responsibilities
* Develop needed plans and conduct regular meetings for HR mobile app development and evolution to meet world class standards for such platforms.
* Manage the Group Directory, TIGER and alike systems from HR perspective and in alignment with IT Department.
* Support the development and update of HR Transformation and digitalization projects/initiatives plans.
* Facilitate the HR assigned projects or improvement initiatives and report on their progress on weekly/monthly basis.
* Followup on the implementation of new methodologies and techniques to digitalize and simplify HR processes and enhance Employee Experience.
* Identify projects issues and their proposed solutions in coordination with projects stakeholders.
* Facilitate the HR Corproate calendar including the Strategic initiatives in coordination with the HR Management.
* Manage the Employee Recognition and Innovation Programs and ensure their proper outreach to all eamployees
* Manage the Gender Equality certification audit requirements and its action plans.
* Operate the development of the HR Dashboard and ensure its timely reporting.
Job specification
Education
* University degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business or related area preferred
Experience
* Minimum 0-2 years of progressive HR systems and project management experience
Skills and abilities
* Very good English both spoken and written.
* Very good computer skills.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Strong assessment and analytical capability.
* Detail oriented.
