Main Job Purpose
Unilever is looking for an HR professional with 2-3 years of experience.
Presentable, self-motivated, and passionate about EDI, Employer branding, and
culture transformation to join the HR team in Egypt for a role covering North
Africa, Levant & Iraq.
Job Main Responsibilities:
* Assist HRBP in handling day-to-day HR operations.
* Assist HRBP in implementing the wellbeing agenda, learning initiatives, and activations.
* Assist HRBP in Employer branding initiatives through monitoring University of Choice campus activities, driving employer of choice, etc.)
* Liaise with relevant stakeholders including the recruitment team in planning and implementing student activities/engagements Regularly review Campus timelines and propose changes to ensure that the brand remains competitive in the marketplace as well as required.
* Assist in driving the ED&I Agenda for North Africa, Levant & Iraq
* Liaising with external teams - Media agency, activation agency, and PR agencies on Employer brand activities
* Assist in Implementing EB projects (Such as: Uniway, UFLP, ULIP) as well as designing new initiatives.
* Assist in gathering data, adapting strategy into action, and monitoring ROI of EB initiatives.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
* University Bachelor's degree in HR
* 3 years of experience as HRBP, talent acquisition, or employer branding, preferably in a multinational or regional company
* Fluent in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong Communications skills
* Strong Stakeholder management
* Attention to details
* Emotional intelligence
* Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking
