Projects and Capital Coordinator

Job Purpose
Projects Engineer will implement all assigned projects' activities through
supervising external consultants and contractors to deliver the capital
projects to the customer in quality, timely and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Support delivery of Capital Projects against the project brief while following the Project Management Framework (PMF).
* Support projects as identified in the Capital Plan and aligned to the PMF, including the following:
* Coordinating the submission of Building Control and Planning applications.
* Preparation / update of Health and Safety File " Construction safety plans, Method statement and risk assessment, certifications, etc" with compliance of all relevant EHS and Quality procedures
* Implementation of the permit to work system at work locations and ensuring compliance.
* Coordination of change control and Ensure proper documentations for project change orders.
* Coordinating and leading site surveys by sub-contractors
* Coordinating FATs and attendance by team members
* Responsible for the safe delivery of projects to budget and schedule
* Ensure good communication between engineering disciplines
* Effective coordination of all elements of the project, with a hands-on, can-do attitude where necessary
* Good stakeholder management and client interfacing during pre-construction, construction, commissioning and validation
* Responsible for the documentation of the Project Files and qualification documents from initiation to handover.

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree in Engineering ( Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering)
* ‎2-‎5 years of professional experience. •
* Professional Project Management certification is a Plus. •
* Good Knowledge in basic project management concepts ( Planning, resources management, project controls, cost estimation..etc)
