Training Specialist

Job Responsibilities
Working with the RSNF Department of Training, the training specialist will
have expertise in training delivery methods, the training cycle, and a high
level of program and product knowledge. Must be able to communicate
effectively within
large group training to enhance individual's knowledge. Must demonstrate
passion and creativity towards improving the impact of training program to
support the strategic mission of the Department of Training. Ensure all
training courses completed and active are maintained on the RSNF database and
any future learning management systems. Consistently align all activities to
the objectives of the training program participants Evaluate objectives and
program tasks to assess whether they are meeting expectations. Reports to the
Operations Manager and corporate Department of Training managers as necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor's with ‎0 - ‎2 years (orhigher in an education-related field or
business management with a high level of specific experiences in RSNF or USN
systems)
Minimum of ‎15 years of experience working as a LMS specialist or Training
Specialist.
Proactively share training and education industry knowledge on important
advances in processes and information.
Use data, knowledge, and experience to influence processes and establish new
practices within the Department of Training.
Must be able to work independently and communicate with employees at all
levels in RSNF.
Must be a Saudi Arabia citizen.

* Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology
* Prepare instructional aids and plans
* Excellent Microsoft Office Knowledge
* Excellent English language proficiency (read/write)
Requirements:
