About the Role:
The Training Specialist will be responsible for plan, develop, implement
training support on a continuing basis, to upgrade the skills and knowledge of
the Almarai employees in the job related and behavioural related areas, by
planning, implementing, conducting systematic and structured training programs
at the specified period of time. Also to provide overall support in the
organization and implementation of all training activities in the Corporate
division by following the company policies and standards.
Requirement :
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration , Human Resources, English Language
or any related filed.
Saudi National.
Proficient in English communication language (verbal and written).
0 - 2 years of experience in Training Function.
COMPETENCIES:
Ability to conduct Training needs survey.
Ability to design training programs, by gathering inputs from the line
managers.
Ability to understand the requirements of divisions and providing timely
service.
A demonstrated commitment to the customer service.
Self-motivated, goal oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to manage changing workloads.
Organizational skills sufficient to prioritize work for timely and accurate
completion.
SAP communication savvy.
