Role Summary
This role will be managing a whole geographical local cluster improve their
operations and KPIs trough identifying the root causes for the vendor failed
orders and share qualitative and quotative insights cross functionally, and to
provide guidance and trainings to Experience account Managers in their
clusters to eliminate the vendor failure and enhance customer experience and
achieving organizational OKRs.
What's on Your Plate?
* Align with Sales team on the Ops. OKRs and the set target per cluster/Chain/Vendor.
* Train cluster AMs on the new features and projects.
* Manage and elevate the performance of the Vendor Experience Team leaders.
* Have a daily standup meeting with each cluster Team leader to follow up on a branch level performance.
* Own the new regional projects that related to vendors performance enhancement ex (Beehive 2.0).
* Prepare and share weekly and monthly reporting's with the local and regional management.
* Customize the improvement approach to the cluster according to its special nature and Customers/Vendor behaviors.
What Did We Order?
* 3 to 5 years of experience in similar industry.
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
* Good communication Skills.
* Good language skills and able to communicate in English effectively.
* Advanced knowledge in MS office.
* Previous team management experience.
* Account management knowledge or experience is a plus.
