Director-Healthcare & Life Sciences
Responsible for
Healthcare will contribute to the success of the organization and will ensure
achieving the vision of AD Ports Logistics Healthcare and its business
objectives. Engagement Manager will be the lead point of contact for all
customers and medical principals' matters, anticipate their needs, work within
the company to ensure their deadlines are met.
Working Relationship
*
Opening accounts for all the private and government hospitals, clinics and
medical centers in the institution and private sectors.
* Setting up deals with key customers.
* Monitoring inventory levels and negotiating deals with principals.
* Following up on financial reconciliation with medical principals and customers.
* Operating as the point of contact for operational matters specific to medical principals and customers.
* Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key principals, customers and ADPL.
* Resolving issues and complaints.
* Following up on order processing to ensure on-time in-full delivery of orders.
* Following up on receivables to ensure on-time payment.
Objectives and Role Profile
*
Developing a complete understanding of principals and customers' needs.
* Anticipating key changes and improvements.
* Managing communications between medical principals, customers and ADPL internal teams.
* Strategic planning to improve results.
* Working closely with clients' team members, Managers, ADPL operations teams and Control Tower (CT) dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of communications and end result performance.
* Meeting all principals, and customers' needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
* Analyzing data to provide relationship management.

* Proven experience as an Engagement Manager
* Goal-oriented, organized team player.
* Self-motivated and self-directed.
* Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
* In-depth understanding of principals and customers and their position in the industry.
* Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
Qualifications/Experience/Competencies

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications,
* Engagement and Relationship Management, Business Administration or any other related field. Pharmaceutical\Medical degree is an advantage.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in wound management and relationship and engagement management in Healthcare & Medical industry in UAE.
