Job Purpose
The Engagement Executive- Healthcare will contribute to the success of the
organization and will ensure achieving the vision of AD Ports Logistics
Healthcare and its business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
*
The Engagement Executive will primarily handle the communications with
healthcare customers including private and institution in day-to-day queries,
anticipate their needs, work within the company to ensure their deadlines are
met.
* The duties of the role include:
* Opening accounts for all the pharmacies, hospitals, clinics in the institution and private sectors.
* Contributing in setting up deals with key customers.
* Monitoring inventory levels at customers ' sides to ensure products availability.
* Developing a solid and trusting relationship with key customers and ADPL.
* Resolving customers' issues and complaints.
* Following up on order processing to ensure on-time in-full delivery of orders to his assigned customers.
* Following up on receivables to ensure on-time payment.
* Proactively identifying emerging new customer needs and leveraging these to provide new customer solutions and feedback to ADPL.

* Proven experience as an Engagement Executive
* Goal-oriented, organized team player.
* Self-motivated and self-directed.
* Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
* In-depth understanding of principals and customers and their position in the healthcare industry.
* Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person.
