Summary:
The After Sales Support Manager, is responsible for Policy Management and
Network Operations for the Gulf Region. He aims at achieving targets SLAs,
using the minimum possible budget, and with the highest quality.
The After Sales Support Manager is a people leader, he is mindful about
creating leadership in his team, and making sure he achieves high AES (Allianz
Engagement Survey) score. He targets 100% quality all the time (less than 1%
error rate), by training his team, following internal quality audit results,
and structuring the work to reduce efforts (Standardization) and improve
automation.
Main Tasks:
He/She also represents the company (Allianz Partners / Nextcare) when dealing with the payers on policy management issues. The After Sales Support Manager is always keen to have a positive relationship with our payers, brokers and clients.
Minimum Requirements:
Finance, Economics, MBBS, or Nursing is preferred, an MBA is a plus.
