Lead and manage the departments of Warehouse, Delivery, Shipping,
Installation, Maintenance, and Customer Service and support logistics for
other geography operations. Support growth of the business by maintaining
smooth flow of products and services to our customers.


Duties and responsibilities:



  • Contribute towards formulation of strategy, annual business plans, budgets, policies and procedures of the department.

  • Ensure the implementation of all processes, policies, procedures and standards for the After Sales and Logistics department, in relation to annual business plans and annual budgets.

  • Provide guidance to the team on how the company's products should be stored, handled and maintained.

  • Support the development of the business by analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.

  • Lead the departments of Warehouse, Delivery, Installation, Maintenance, and Customer Service.

  • Establish, measure, monitor and adjust the level of efficiency of the logistics movements; enabling to quickly locate the materials/products for distribution or placement within the warehouse.

  • Lead the After-Sales function for the organization with the best practices. Act as a strategic service partner to all segments by ensuring availability of products within agreeable parameters of cost, quality and time.

  • Monitor the flow of materials and products that enter and leave the company's inventory or distribution areas.

  • Coordinate with product development department to follow-up with the supplier based on the estimated time of departure (ETD) and estimated time of arrival (ETA).

  • Review and intimate weekly and monthly plan of arrival of materials and products.

  • Oversee the activities related to port clearance and shipment documentation in coordination with the product manager.

  • Approve delivery schedules and ensure coordination with warehouse manager, fleet manager and related department managers.

  • Follow-up with the warehouse manager to ensure the arrival plan for bulk shipment on weekly/ monthly basis and communication the destination plan as per agreement.

  • Oversee the implementation of the route plan for drivers and track movement to ensure delivery of products on time to the customers.

  • Monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.

  • Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand; and allocating and managing staff resources.

  • Monitor all stock transfers in the system and reporting of stock situation (i.e. salvage, damage and out of stocks).

  • Monitor all logistic support requirements (incl. transportation, materials handling, communication, and store based activities).

  • Oversee the fleet department for the routine vehicle/ trucks maintenance and incorporate the emergency maintenance (accident/break-down) in the vehicle/ trucks availability plan.

  • Plan the design and specifications of the warehouse, and up-gradation of warehouse facilities in coordination with relevant managers.

  • Manage the Warehouse management system and review the stock reports on regular basis.

  • Lead the installation team and follow-up the best practices of organizing the installation procedures and schedules.

  • Follow-up with the installation manager to ensure the installation schedules are maintained on time as planned.

  • Lead the maintenance team (Appliances & Sanitary) and follow-up the best practices of organizing the maintenance schedules.

  • Follow-up with the maintenance manager to ensure the installation schedules are maintained on time as planned.

  • Monitor and maintain installation, maintenance, and delivery quality at the client site.

  • Manage the customer service department and follow-up the customer complaints and develop the complaints procedures.

  • Provide the top management with the required weekly, monthly, annually reports.

  • Assist management in any other tasks as required by business.


Skills:



  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or a relevant field.

  • Supply chain certificate would be highly preferred.

  • A minimum of ‎15 years of relevant experience within the Operations, After Sales, Supply Chain Management with +‎5 years in a managerial level.

  • Previous experience in similar industry is highly preferred.

  • Strong have strong command of English language.

  • Excellent leadership, problem solving and communication skills.
