Training Records Assistant

Job Purpose
Perform administrative/ clerical duties associated with training such as
entering training data and maintaining the training calendar in the Learning
Management System (LMS), coordinating logistics, processing quality records
and supporting Implementation of all department processes and procedures.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* File quality training data into the LMS to update training records and meet records requirement.
* Manage the Appendix U training and Nawah corporate calendar in LMS to ensure required and optional training topics are appropriately scheduled.
* File training records such as training attendance logs, examination cover sheets, certificate of achievements, training equivalency forms, approved training materials, certificate of achievements, etc.in the Nawah Records Management System to enhance record keeping practices.
* Coordinate with General Services to ensure logistics, transportation, catering and training material/ handouts are available and classrooms are set up to support scheduled training.
* Coordinate with nuclear instructors, corporate instructors and Subject Matter Expert (SME) instructors to ensure availability to support the training schedule.
* Prepare required copies of training material such as student handouts, training feedback forms, training observation forms, training attendance logs, exam papers, etc.to increase fidelity of all administered training.
* File and monitor training attendance log and certificate of achievements and provide information to training officers to inform training record status as requested.
* Identify and report technical problems in training rooms by contacting contractors or General Service team to ensure proper maintenance of training facilities.

* Diploma.
* 2 years of relevant experience.
Or equivalent as stated in the Job Description Procedure (HR-PRC-0004).
