The Training Coordinator will provide logistical and operational support for
all in-house training and development activities in order to ensure the smooth
running of all related events and activities in line with the overall plans,
schedules and overall Masdar HC standards.
The role will be responsible for key deliverables including (but not limited
to):
* Contribute to TNA and coordinate training nominations;
* Administer external training sessions & e-learning;
* Management of training service providers;
* Support with the development and communication of the training calendar;
* Arrange logistics for training and proper administrative follow up and continuous improvement of talent development across all divisions under the Masdar umbrella.
The successful candidate must have at least 2-6 years of experience in a
coordination role providing logistical support for administering
training in a large and complex organization.
