Hiring a Call center Agent for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
* Enter and update customer information in the database.
* Answer questions about services or the company.
* Take and process inquiries in an accurate manner.
* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and get meetings for sales agents.
* Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
* Follow up with leads for status and satisfaction survey.
* Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
* Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor degree holder.
* Four years experience as call center agent.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
* Clear accent and pleasant tone of voice.
* Excellent knowledge of English.
* Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
* Must be a team player.
