Responsibilities:
* Respond accurately and satisfactorily to customer questions and concerns.
* Managing and coordinate customer appointments, billings and necessary follow-up's.
* Engage in active listening with callers, confirm or clarify information and communicate products, services, and policies to consumers.
* Handle complaints and concerns in a professional manner and support customers to diffuse the situation
* Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree with experience as call center agent.
* Proven ability to manage time effectively, setting priorities, and multitasking.
* Outstanding customer service skills with proven ability to actively listen and provide a solution.
