  • Maintain employee records




  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)




  • Process employees ' requests and provide relevant information




  • Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes




  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications




  • Support day to day HR activities, maintaining a pro-active HR service and ensuring HR processes are followed




  • Administration and record keeping of leaves where applicable




  • Support the recruitment process and the induction of the new joiners




  • Provide support to the team and general HR initiatives as required




  • Providing assistance to the HR team in employee travel requests.




Requirements and skills




  • Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant.




  • Experience with MS Office applications (Excel - Pivot Tables , word - Formatting documents , power point, Visio) & HRIS systems knowledge (Workday/SAP, etc).




  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law




  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills




  • Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
