Description


Hiring a HR Assistant for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate hiring activities and onboarding. ( eg: scheduling interviews, preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas).
* Help with candidate sourcing and resume screening and initial phone screens.
* Maintain candidate database in ERP.
* Schedule interviews between hiring teams and candidates.
* Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g., interview cancellations).
* Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g., preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas).
* Assist with data entry on HRMS system.
* Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, i.e. induction presentations and farewell parties.
* Maintain and update databases relating to employee data base.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelors in HR, Business or relevant field.
* Proven experience as HR & Recruitment Assistant/coordinator.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Problem-solving ability.
* Outstanding communication skills
* Familiarity with hiring practices and stages.
