Hiring a Receptionist for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
* Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
* Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
* Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
* Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories..
* Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
* Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
* Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Handle office inquires, stationery, pantry and cleaning materials supply on regular basis.
* Support Staff by coordinating their need, such as supplying office with the materials that needed.
* Preparing reports and managing it to be up to date.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor degree.
* Two year of experience as a Receptionist.
* Polished, professional demeanour.
* Basic computer knowledge,
* Outstanding English skills in written and verbal.
