Responsibilities
The marina operations team is looking to recruit a Junior Berthing Master to
support the team in the delivery of market-leading customer service and marina
operational safety. The successful candidate will have good customer service
experience in a marine setting, physical endurance, demonstrable good
communications, the ability to swim, and references reporting strong team
working skills.
Skills & requirements
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years
experience in a marina or related marine work in a hands on or customer-
focused role. RYA Powerboat and STCW qualifications would be a strong
advantage.
