Description:
The ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT is responsible for the daily administration of the
operations. The candidate will take lead on dealing with government related
activities. Ensuring that admin concerns are well-addressed to keep a
harmonious working relationship both with the employees and immediate
superiors.
Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, time management including the ability to lead and affect change.
* Fluency in Arabic which will require translation tasks from Arabic to English and vice versa.
* Experience in ZMC (preferred).
* Excellent computer skills, office suite and presentations.
* Education Background: High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
* UAE Valid Driving License (preferred).
Responsibilities:
* Dealing with Government documentation process.
* Gate pass process (new applications and renewals).
* Coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations.
* Coordinating with suppliers and the client to align expectations.
* Must be able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude and provide exemplary team service.
* Organizing own work, setting priorities and meeting critical deadlines.
* Provide timely, detailed and accurate reports to senior management when and if required.
* Carry out and perform all other work and/or instructions and/or requests as may be assigned from time to time.
