* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree minimum and at least a 3-years of professional experience in a customer service/Support environment.
