Delivery.

The Manager - Digital Delivery will be responsible for driving agile delivery,
managing digital native development and rollout programs, and possessing
proficiency in UI/UX, Salesforce, JavaScript full stack, and related
technologies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the
end-to-end digital project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and
alignment with organizational goals
Main Duties
* Lead and implement agile methodologies to optimize project delivery.
* Manage the entire lifecycle of digital native programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and contribute to code reviews
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project success and inform decision-making.
* Develop and implement strategies for the effective management and utilization of data in digital projects.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies in all data-related activities.
Specific Duties
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, including Executive and Director levels todefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Conduct and oversee agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Innovate and incorporate emerging technologies to enhance program delivery and efficiency.
* Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the creation of engaging and user-centric digital experiences.
* Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
* Utilize in-depth knowledge of Salesforce and JavaScript fullstack to guide development teams.
* Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business goals.
* Identifying potential risks and threats to current and future programs, often in collaboration with senior managers.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners for effective communication and collaboration
* Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to ensure the collection, analysis, and interpretation of relevant project data.
* Lead initiatives to enhance data quality, integrity, and security throughout the project lifecycle.
* Utilize analytics tools and methodologies to derive actionable insights, contributing to informed project planning and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and implement solutions that align with project and organizational objectives.
* Stay abreast of industry best practices in data management and analytics, incorporating relevant advancements into project strategies.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Minimum Experience
* Minimum of ‎10 years of experience in digital project management and delivery
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills
* Strong background in UI/UX design principles and practices.
* Proven track record of successfully implementing agile methodologies.
* Expertise in Salesforce and JavaScript fullstack development.
* Background in the education and media industries is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem solving.
* Ability to prioritise effectively and execute in a high-pressure environment.
* Strong team player capable of promoting an inclusive and high-performing culture.
