About the Role:
We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage and administer the Logistics
on a major infrastructure and residential project in UAE.
Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:
* Construction logistics experience (preferable if most of the experience is on horizontal projects)
* Should be able to check heavy equipment/Mobile cranes document requirements and physical inspection.
* Should be able to follow up with the contractor as per logistic layout for compliance
* Should be able to coordinate with the contractor for access roads, pedestrian access and alternate roads preparations ideas in case of road closure due to excavation or any other activities
* Should be able to prepare SOR
* Should be able to prepare presentations for weekly meetings
* Should be able to check the stores/warehouses of the contractor for compliance as per OSH requirements of the project
* Should be able to work in night shifts as well
* Should be energetic and smart reporting
* Preference to candidate if he had worked with PMC before
Candidate Specification
* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from a recognized university.
* Extensive post-graduate experience with experience in mega projects or programs.
* Valid UAE driving license.
