The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to serve as the
Accountant and Admin for our women's fitness club in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for providing financial support, maintaining
financial records, and ensuring accuracy of financial information. They will
also be responsible for administering the day-to-day operations of the club,
including administrative tasks, customer service, and membership management.
Responsibilities: • Manage all financial activities including accounts
receivable/payable, payroll, invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial
reporting • Reconcile financial accounts and statements • Prepare and maintain
financial documents, reports, and records • Implement financial policies and
procedures • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the club •
Prepare reports for management Package Includes: • Visa, Residency, ID and
Medical Insurance • Weekend Off/Rest • Required Training Provided
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field • Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Detail-oriented and highly accurate • Flexible and adaptable to changing environment
