Job Description
* Previous Guest Relations experience in a luxury service environment
* Well spoken and attention to highest grooming standards
* English and other European languages are an advantage
* Strong skills in using Microsoft Office and other systems (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Opera PMS, Messagebox, Anantara App)
* Required to work independently.
* Able to balance work load between administrative tasks and guest interaction on a luxury level (e.g. pre-arrival arrangements and guest communication, arrival amenity preparation, coordinating special occasion experiences, receiving guest feedback through direct contact and courtesy calls and more)
* Reporting to a Guest Experience Manager and working closely with Butlers.
* Able to support Reception tasks when needed.
