We are looking for a Transformation Leader to join our team and help us
deliver innovative solutions to our clients. As a Transformation Leader, you
will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects that involve
quantitative and qualitative techniques, technology solutions, solution
implementation, and client communications. You will also be expected to
manage, mentor, and coach junior team members, foster a collaborative and
agile culture, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes
and methodologies.
* Lead and manage the delivery of transformation projects for our clients, ensuring high-quality, timely and cost-effective outcomes
* Apply quantitative and qualitative techniques to analyze data, identify insights, and develop recommendations for solving business problems
* Design and implement technology solutions that enable data-driven decision-making, process automation, and performance optimization
* Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling way
* Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations
* Mentor and coach junior team members, providing feedback and guidance on their work and professional development
* Foster a collaborative and agile culture within the team and across the organization
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and methodologies, sharing best practices and lessons learned
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you must …
* Have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, statistics, computer science)
* At least ‎5 years of experience in leading and managing transformation projects involving quantitative and qualitative techniques, technology solutions, solution implementation, and client communications
* Six Sigma or equivalent certification is a must
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply quantitative and qualitative techniques to complex data sets
* Proficient in using technology solutions such as data analytics tools, business intelligence platforms, process automation tools, etc.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels
* Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
* Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
* Passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices

Tools and Experience:
* Experience in using quantitative and qualitative techniques such as statistical analysis, data mining, data visualization, survey design, focus groups, etc.
* Experience in using technology solutions such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, etc.
* Experience in using process automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
* Experience in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, etc.
* Experience in working with clients from various industries and sectors
* Experience in working in a cross-functional and agile team environment
