As Manager II, Business Operations you will be responsible for the overall
Reporting, Operations and Analytics of the Customer Services, Professional
Services and Education Services business within the SecurID BU. In addition,
you will help optimizing the processes, providing insights and analytics to
executives to enable agile and precise decision making.
Principal Responsibilities:
* Provides leadership and direction to the knowledge management team
* Responsible for defining the team's critical success factors and running daily operations
* Oversees the knowledge repository and collaboration infrastructure
* Builds and owns the knowledge management framework and processes
* Ensures compliance with relevant legislation
* Establishes the knowledge management architecture and taxonomy
* Promotes knowledge management across organizations
* Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
* Translates strategic direction into operational and tactical duties.
Experience & Skills:
* ‎8 to ‎12 years of experience with at least ‎3 years of managerial/leadership experience
* Strong knowledge of operations and Business Process Improvement
* Familiar with business targets, analytics, KPIs and project management cycle
* Solid ability to lead across functions applying organizational agility
* Solid business acumen, strategic planning abilities and customer service skills
* Solid ability to lead team(s) simultaneously
* Solid ability to translates strategic direction into operational and tactical duties
