Provides analytical and project support to a business unit, segment or
function by leading a team of business analysts. Activities include
evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, and translation into
proper solution specifications. Formulates and defines scope and objectives
based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business needs
and business processes. Understands the business implications of solutions,
and assists in defining the solutions to support any future business
requirements.
Responsibilities:

* Responsible for defining the team's critical success factors.
* May build and own the knowledge management framework and processes.
* Ensures team compliance.

Experience:
* Typically 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree
