As our future Cataract Procedure Manager, you will be responsible for :
* Building and developing customer relationships,
* Promoting cataract consumables and IOLs and creating leads for surgical equipment in the specified sales region. He/She is measured against his/her yearly target and how well he/she supports execution of the Business Strategy in the field in a compliant and ethically impeccable manner.
* Managing the customer base in the assigned territory in order to achieve annual sales targets.
* Building and developing relationships with ophthalmic surgeons.
* Sales of consumables and investment goods in cataract surgery, with a focus on intraocular lenses, surgical sets and viscoelastics.
* Scouting for opportunities of surgical equipment interest and need Generation and maintenance of leads with provided tools (CRM, excel tools, etc)
* Developing action plans to achieve sales in target accounts. This includes demos of products, supporting marketing activities as well as product launches.
* Planning independently for account visits according to a given customer segmentation and visit frequency in accordance with the Alcon's plan.
* Reporting complaints (e.g., Adverse Event or Quality complaint) in accordance to the valid local SOPs.
Job Requirements:
* Educational background : Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical sciences.
* Professional experience : Minimum of 2 years in sales force, preferably in the medical devices or ophthalmology field.
* Motivated to sell complex technical products, optics knowledge is a plus.
* Results-driven, customer and solution oriented with good communication skills.
* Serious, autonomous, managing time wisely, meeting deadlines and well organized.
