HR Director


Mobility is the goal* *



  • Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.

  • Consult and support Line Managers in all personnel and leadership topics, talent management, succession planning as well as performance management.

  • Responsible for implementing operational HR activities level and ensure compliance with legal, internal/external requirements.

  • Deliver timely and qualitative recruiting and talent management activities.

  • Channel company support and expertise to the company functions.

  • Manage all aspects of employee relations, including the mechanisms, systems, and actions necessary to ensure levels of employee engagement consistent with the goals of the company.

  • Ensure harmonization of HR activities across Branches in the company and in alignment with global framework.

  • Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

  • Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.

  • Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.

  • Monitor and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.

  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.

  • Develop and implements departmental budget.

  • Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.

  • Perform other duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
* Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
* Strong analytical and Problem Solving skills.
* Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
* Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
* Through knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
* ‎15+ years of experience in Human Resources , At least ‎3 of them in HR management position.
