2. Job duties & responsibilities
1. Accountable for developing and implementing HR strategies, and for
developing advanced HR
functions at (e.g. manpower planning, succession planning, career development,
etc.)
2. Manages HR function to meet budget and other non-financial targets.
3. Accountable for the efficient management and continuous improvement of HR
operations
including recruitment, retention, training & Development, performance
management, personnel, admin.

4. Oversees the provision of efficient and timely administration services to
the organization by the admin.

5. Develop an effective salary program based on conducting or participating

compensation surveys to ensure internal equity and competitiveness with the

program, career growth and
retention programs to ensure the employees' productivity, loyalty and
motivation.
7. Manage a periodical employee survey to be able to measure the employee
motivation/engagement level
and satisfaction.
8. Develop, maintain and secure effective HR communications and information
systems to meet employees
and business needs.
9. Supervise the proper implementation of the Orientation program for the
newly hires to ensure the
employees' full awareness with the company's objectives and their job.
10. Reports to and supports the CEO with all decisions relating to HRM.
11. Identifies and tracks HR & Admin. Group KPIs, and devises plans and
initiatives for improvement
