Job Description
* Support the new employees' orientation process.
* Ensure that all required new employee forms are properly prepared and signed.
* Create new employee personnel files.
* Prepare social insurance forms 1and 6.
* Prepare medical insurance forms 111 and 101.
* Follow up with employees' contracts, renewals, and resignations.
* Handle Medical claims -Approvals -Medical cards & refund with a medical company.
* Maintain personnel files and keeps employee records up-to-date.
* Issue HR Letters for employees.
* Track the employee's attendance and annual leaves.
* Perform any other related tasks when needed and supports other assigned functions.
