As Regional Business Service Manager you will be responsible for contributing
to continuous improvement of the processes being exposed to RITS, secure
stable IT operations, manage escalations of incidents and operational issues
from the business in the MENA Region.
Responsibilities:
* Act in accordance with available Processes, Governance and SOP's and if needed coordinate between staff across departments in Global IT
* Manage and facilitate all department communication activities to the team, stakeholders in all business units
* SPOC taskforce for emergency, key escalation point with regards to IT Operation and ITO projects
* Facilitate rapid issue resolution acting proactively towards the business verticals.
* Drive & coordinate operational activities and improvements to make RITS become a more efficient and effective organisation for the business in DSV.
* Collaborate with Service Owners on coordination of Product Life Cycle
* Ensure that RITS knows and follows IT Operation processes
* Set up local workgroups for global critical incidents
* Create and deploy service satisfaction surveys
* Any other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet business exigencies

Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems
* Master's Degree preferred
* PMP certified

* Strong people skills, Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
* Familiar with IT network systems/infrastructure management and process methodologies
* Strong process orientation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills, and a firm commitment to quality
