Full Time Experience: ‎2 Years


Ware currently looking for a Business Development Executive to be based out of
UAE with proven experience in B2B sales in the field of IT/ITES, to explore
and grow business from the MENA region.


Responsibilities:
* Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
* Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
* Creation of solution and approach documents and other necessary documents for bidding.
* Good understanding of pricing models, engagement models and operating models.
* Usage of various sales tools like Sales Navigator to create a pipeline through market research.
* Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
* Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
* Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
* Making Sales pitches and presentations.


Requirements:
* Fluent in English & Native Arabic speaker who is currently residing in UAE and has the necessary approvals to travel.
* Should have proven experience of ‎2 years in building a business from this region in the IT/ITES sectors.
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
* Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
* Excellent in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
