Position Summary
Enhance and support Sales to increase the total SAC & RAC revenue through pre
sales activities such as technical training, technical support at tendering
stage.
Role and Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to customers on HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, installation guidance, and maintenance tips
* Analyze and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment, both over the phone and in the field, to identify root causes and recommend solutions
* Collaborate with sales and PM teams to develop and improve HVAC products and services
* Create technical documentation and training materials for customers and internal teams
* Provide product and technical training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of HVAC systems
* Keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC technology and industry trends
* Keep up-to-date with the latest Import regulation and manage the certifications
* Provide technical training, and coaching to technical support specialists to ensure they have the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to provide high-quality support to customers.
* Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner, and that customer satisfaction levels are maintained or improved.
* Assurance, to identify and resolve technical issues, and to provide feedback on product performance.
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC technical support or related field
* Strong knowledge of VRF systems, including troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
