Position Summary
The purpose of this role is to work with the Head of CRM to execute the short,
mid and long term strategies with a direction to leverage CRM opportunities
that are in line with existing divisional strategic and tactical plans.


The Assistant CRM Manager will support Samsung Gulf D2C & product marketing
divisions by complementing their marketing strategies with CRM led initiatives
and campaigns delivering on their business objectives.
Role and Responsibilities
* Reporting directly to Head of CRM, Data & Loyalty
* Day to Day management & execution of CRM campaigns
* Brief campaigns to the CRM Agency of Record for the upcoming marketing promotiones & activites
* Work closely with the wider teams (product, sales, marketing, service and IT) and partner agencies to develop campaigns and 'Always On' programs with compelling offerings to our CRM DB that drive increased engagement, cross-sell, repurchase of Samsung products and reduce churn through key digital platforms
* Manage contact strategy and customer lifecycle journeys with the CRM AOR (example: for acquisition, onboarding, retention, growing, and win-back)
* Regularly implement & design triggered communications around specific behaviors and key data points
* Measure and analyse CRM programs and campaigns performance and provide insights that prove ROI on a monthly and real-time basis. Continually test, learn and iterate
* Review technologies and explore new developments and find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives.
* Liaise with HQ and other regional counterparts to share best practices and analytics.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications from an accredited college or university
* Minimum ‎5 to ‎7 years of experience in CRM/ Loyalty / Retention
* Familiar with the GCC local cultures
* Knowing Arabic is an added advantage
* Worked as a CRM strategist/ Manager with CRM campaigns experience in a global MNC
* Experience with ESP tools such as Responsys, Salesforce, Hybris or any ESP tool is a must
* Good understanding of HTML, SQL & knowledge of application on social data
* Ability to work in team environments; works well with individuals with diverse skill sets and backgrounds
* Having experience of setting up or integrating systems and tools for CRM and digital marketing
* Must have experience of running data driven digital marketing campaigns which is essential to successfully plan and execute CRM campaigns
