Duties and responsibilities
General Duties:
1. Adhere to NRC policies and Code of Conduct.
2. Provide support to NRC Livelihoods team.
3. Attend any assigned training provided by NRC or other partners.
4. Build positive relationships with the training participants of NRC.
5. Make sure to save NRC assets and visibility in the NRC office
6. Working directly with the program to gather the necessary information from the beneficiaries.
المهام العامة بالوظيفة
1. الامتثال لاجراءات سياسات المجلس النرويجي للاجئين .
2. تقديم الدعم لموظفي قسم دعم سبل العيش التابع للمجلس النرويجي للاجئين .
3. المشاركة في التدريبات المقدمة من قبل المجلس النرويجي للاجئين أو شركائهم.
4. بناء علاقات جيدة مع المستفيدين والمتدربين و الموظفين التابعين للمجلس النروجي للاجئين.
5. التاكد من الحفاظ على سلامة المعدات والاجهزة التابعة للمجلس النرويجي للاجئين.
6. العمل بشكل مباشر مع برنامج دعم سبل العيش لجمع المعلومات اللازمة من المستفيدين وتطبيق الاستبيانات اللازمة والمطلوبة خلال الدورة.
Specific Duties:
1. Developing training plans for the beneficiaries with a total number = 1300.
2. Organize and train the beneficiaries on TWO major topics :
3. Financial literacy.
4. Business Development.
With the aim of obtaining greater knowledge about financial inclusion.
3. Preparing course pre and post-test for the participants.
4. Evaluating the participants in training assignments and improvements.
5. Cooperating with the livelihoods team to ensure the quality of the training.
6. Recording and maintaining attendance sheets of the participants accurately and on a daily basis.
7. Perform other duties as directed by the Livelihoods team when relevant.
المهام الخاصة بالوظيفة
1. وضع خطط للتدريب الخاصة بالمستفيدين والبالغ عددهم 1300 مستفيد.
2. تنظيم وتدريب المستفيدين في موضوعين أساسيين :
3. محو الامية المالية .
4. تطوير الاعمال .
بهدف اكتسابهم معرفة أكبر للاندماج المالي.
3. اعداد اختبار قبلي وبعدي للمشاركين.
4. تقييم مستوى المشاركين في مهام التدريب والتطور.
5. التعاون مع فريق سبل العيش لضمان جودة التدريب.
6. تسجيل والاحتفاظ بسجلات حضور المشاركين بشكل دقيق ويومي.
7. أداء واجبات أخرى حسب توجيهات الفريق التابع لقسم دعم سبل العيش عند الاقتضاء.Required qualifications:
* University degree, at least for applicants, a master's degree is preferred.
* He holds a Training of Trainers Certificate (ToT).
* The ability to work in a team.
* The candidate must possess at least two years of work experience in the field of training.
* Work experience with other international organizations.
* Good communication skills.
* Arabic language (reading and writing) is a must, the English language (preferred).
* Respect for different cultures and customs.
* An understanding of the circumstances needs and challenges facing beneficiaries in Baghdad ( Tarmia and Karkh )
المؤهلات المطلوبة
* شهادة جامعية على الاقل للمتقدمين، شهاده الماجستير مفضلة.
* يمتلك شهادة تدريب المدربين (ToT).
* القدرة على العمل مع فريق.
* على المتقدم ان يمتلك خبرة عمل مالايقل عن عامين في مجال التدريب.
* خبرة العمل مع منظمات دولية اخرى.
* ان يمتلك مهارات جيدة في التواصل.
* ضرورة اتقان اللغة العربية (القراءة والكتابة), واتقان اللغة الانكليزية (مفضلة) .
* احترام الثقافات والعادات المختلفة.
* تفهم الظروف والحاجات والتحديات التي تواجه المستفيدين في بغداد (قضائي الطارمية والكرخ)All interesting Application please submit your CV to the following
