Job Description



  • Ensure a fair allocation of the holding company local expense across the participated BUs in localization program.

  • Provides assistance to the concerned BUs in localization program (iktva, local content, Nusand, Bena and others) yearly certification and audit process including review, discussion with auditor and submissions.

  • Review and provide the needed support to the concerned BUs in preparation of ‎5-year localization action plan and forecast in both company/entity and contact level.

  • Following on with participated BUs in submission of quarterly & monthly localization progress report and ensure the timely submission.

  • Ensures that all localization programs (iktva, LC, Bena, Nusand and others) guidelines are implemented and followed.

  • Managing and handling the flow of information, queries, and documents related to Localization program among BUs,

  • holding company, auditor, SA, LCGPA and others.

  • Respond to the raised inquires related to localization programs.

  • Supports the harmonization and standardization of all localization processes across Rawabi Holding's BUs/JVs to optimize timely submission of localization report with high quality.

  • Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

  • Provides coaching, guidance and training for less experienced staff

  • Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager

  • Tracks KPIs for localization programs management, submission time and initiatives for improvement.


Skills



  • Bachelors degree in Accounting.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and administration skills.

  • Ability to manage different task simultaneously with attention to details..

  • Proven experience within a company of Rawabi Holding's size or larger with a role includes handling IKTVA and localization programs.
