RECRUITMENT
*
Work closely with ISP HR Lead, Recruitment team, ISP GZ & GZ PL's in
fulfilling all the personnel requirements as per the overall recruitment plan
for the smooth mobilization of personnel for Reenetry LSTK Project.
* Will ensure all positions are created in the system and approved and job openings are created on vide ICIMS on Job Portal
* Gather necessary inputs from the hiring managers as needed and as advised by ISP HR Lead.
* Schedule and organize interviews working closely with all stake holders including client as necessary.
* Ensure interview assessment forms are prepared and also all documents properly verified.
* Coordinate with Weatherford's Contract holder(ISP GZ Director) in scheduding interviews with Aramco and update the trackers regularly in MS Teams.
* Update the recruitment & mobilization tracker in the common folder.
* Understand requirements for visa at early stages of the process, including NOC requirements for local transfer.
BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP
*
Work very closely with Operations team and be part of daily, weekly meetings.
* Provide the ISP team with the right HR advise as needed
* Carry out periodic visits to Project locations and meet with personnel.
* Carry out Employee Grievances on a timely manner.
* Create and maintain a good network system within employees to get the pulse of what is happening.
ONBOARDING
*
Work closely with GR/PR teams on the Visa applications and documents
collection and submission.
* Ensure that all necessary onboarding is done for those recruited that include pre employment medicals, PPE 's, travel arrangements & accomodation arrangements etc
* Ensure that GPA's of newly hired are completed 7 days ahead of Date of Joining and network access and laptop and SIM card if applicable are arranged 3 working days ahead of joining.
COMMUNICATION
*
Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders including
external stake holders such as client, drilling contractors, government
authorities and all other third party contractors.
* Provide ISP Management team with weekly, monthly and other updates on sourcing and on boarding as required.
FINANCIAL
* All employees have an accountability to the organisation to be financially responsible whether they oversee a function budget or simply their own expenses
* Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure
PEOPLE & DEVELOPMENT
* Employees have a responsibility for developing their own careers within the Company including completing all necessary function, compliance & business standards training to enhance their knowledge, skills and experience
* Employees should engage on a regular basis with their line manager to discuss their personal performance, objectives and opportunities to enhance their skills and experience to support their career potential
Experience & Education
REQUIRED
* Bachelor's degree is a must for this role.
* Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the field of Human Resources in reputed organizations, specific to project mobilization and HR business partnership
PREFERRED
* Experience of Upstream Oil & Gas - specifically strong understanding of the drilling industry
* Experience in having provided HR support to a 24X7X365 operational business.
* Always reachable and approachable.
* Experience in HRIS, ERP preferred

Travel Requirement:
This role may require occassional domestic travel to LSTK Reentry Operations
fields in KSA to: <10%
Qualifications:
The Senior HR Advisor will be the HR focal point for the ISP Reentry Project
in KSA and will provide the HR Business partnership for a successful ISP
Operations on mobilization, followed by ongoing HR support to the Project
while live.
