Work on the upstream of the sales activities to facilitate future sales by
developing relations with designers, owners, engineering companies,
architects, consultants, government bodies etc. to work on specification of
Master Builder Solutions products / solutions for the upcoming projects.
Operational and Functional tasks:
* Self-knowledge development in the construction chemical industry through MBS online academy, available technical documents and by attending the periodic trainings in the company.
* Develop relationships with design / consultancy offices in the region to recommend / specify Master Builders Solutions (MBS) products / systems in the upcoming projects.
* Coordinate with our global specifications team regarding the Saudi projects under design with consultancy offices abroad (USA / Canada / UK … etc.).
* Establish and maintain connections with the engineering departments of governmental bodies (Ministries, PIF, SWCC, NWC … etc.) to investigate about their current and upcoming projects.
* Vendor registrations with public and private bodies in the region.
* Prepare / organize / conduct technical presentations / seminars about MBS products / systems to influencers / decision makers in different governmental / private firms.
* Supporting the sales team in form of technical meetings and presentations once required.
* Communicate timely and effectively with the sales team to protect the specification and secure the business.
* Salesforce will be the main tool to follow up the project's updates in addition to all daily tasks.
* Maintain and monitor the achievement records (examples: project specifications mentioning our products name or / and properties; Listing MBS as one of the approved vendors).
* Preparation and submission of activities report to the disciplinary and functional supervisors on monthly basis.
* Attend the required internal meetings and trainings.
Main Working Relationships:
Internal: Disciplinary and functional supervisors, sales team, segment
managers, global specifications team, RBUS managers and technical department.
External: Influencers and decision makers working with Designers, Consultants,
Architects, Engineers, Owners, Governmental bodies and entities.
Experience
Education: Education & training required**

University graduate, preferably from civil engineering or architecture.
* MBA is a plus.
