Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Supervisor to join our team.
The Insurance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing a
team of insurance agents, ensuring that all insurance policies and claims are
processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate for this role will
have 3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with strong
leadership and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise a team of insurance agents, providing guidance and support as needed.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of insurance agents, ensuring that they meet or exceed set targets and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and promote the company's insurance products.
Review and analyze insurance policies and claims, ensuring that they are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with insurance providers underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and objectives.
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Professional certification in insurance is a plus.
