IT Business Relationship Specialist

Currently, we are seeking a dynamic person to take on the role IT Business
Relationship Specialist based in KSA- Al Khobar.

Objective:
We are delighted to extend this offer of employment for the position of IT
Business Relationship Specialist with DHL. As an IT Business Relationship
Specialist, your function is to drive demand and manage relationship with
business stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in fostering strong
relationships between our internal business customers and the IT department.
Your primary responsibility will be to understand the business needs, align
them with technology solutions, and ensure seamless integration of IT services
to support our company's growth. The business relationship function is
responsible to improve business-IT alignment and managing demand from business
across Logistics, Support functions and IT business solutions.

General Responsibilities:
* Conduct discussion and workshops with business to streamline and capture new demands.
* Provide inputs for the creation and maintenance of the overall IT Strategy.
* Coordinate demand and supply planning and maintain the Demand/Supply forecast.
* Direct provisioning of new and enhanced services as per requirements.
* Ensure IT demand is captured from business and steer through the approval process.
* Ensure that the captured demands are in line with agreed IT investment & operating plan.
* Prioritize demands in conjunction with the business stakeholders.
* Capture level technology requirements for the business demand and ensure technology impact analysis is provided to business.
* Help to identify demand conflicts, recommending where appropriate for resolution.
* Develop and enhance relationships with key business stakeholders, actively manage their expectations & monitor satisfaction levels.

Qualification :
* Minimum experience of ‎4+ years with business analyst, requirements gathering/writing, database relationships, testing/validation and agile delivery.
* Must have a bachelor's degree in computer, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
* Support Functions - Finance & HR, Operational Excellence.
* Experience managing relationships with internal business customers at the executive and senior management level.
