YOU’LL WORK ON:
As a valued member of our team, your role will centre around shaping the
future of mobility. Joining the Customer Success team means you'll play a
vital part in enhancing our customers' experience with our state-of-the-art
smart vehicles. At Shift-EV, we are dedicated to ongoing technological
advancement and operational efficiency. In your position, you'll be tasked
with problem-solving, ideating innovative solutions, and employing critical
thinking to make well-informed decisions. Your responsibilities also encompass
the assessment of individual and product performance, fostering a culture of
continuous improvement within our team, and collaborating closely with
Engineering, Fleet logistics, Aftersales & Quality to establish and uphold the
high standards needed to meet customer expectations.
YOU'LL HAVE OWNERSHIP OVER:
* Supervising and Evaluating Team Performance: Leading, coaching, and assessing the performance of our blue-collar workforce, including drivers and inspectors.
* Customer Coordination & Vehicle Inspections: Planning, coordinating and timely execution of vehicle inspections with customers and issuing reports within 24 hours.
* Communication & Collaboration: Sharing inspection reports internally and externally, and collaborating with the technical team to address any unusual issues found during inspections.
* Repair Authorization & Invoicing: Performing necessary vehicle repairs after obtaining customer approval and creating credit notes for cost compensation.
* Production Coordination: Coordinating with the production team regarding retrofitting line introductions to avoid production delays.
* Data Recording: Recording vehicle data accurately in Shiftware, ensuring alignment with production team motor numbers.
* Vehicle Receipt & Handover Process: Conducting vehicle receipt & handover procedures from client and production line before and after conversion & quality tests.
* Cloud Connectivity: Ensuring all vehicles remain connected to the cloud by monitoring, renewing, and upgrading subscriptions with mobile carriers.
* Driver Training: Providing basic induction for drivers when receiving vehicles from the plant.
* Budget Management: Taking ownership of the budget and planning future activities proactively.
YOU ARE
* Educational Background: A degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
* Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry.
* Technical Aptitude: Basic technical knowledge and background in the automotive sector to effectively communicate with customers and technical teams.
* Organisational Skills: Proficiency in multitasking and excellent time management abilities.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with both internal teams and customers.
* Computer Proficiency: A solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
* Team Player: The ability to work efficiently within a team-oriented environment.
