The team you 'll be part of
NI Deployment Service MEA Remote Hub General Rollout Manager will be part of
MEA NI DS team managing remote Deployment Service activities across MEA,
working closely with MEA NI RBC Customer Delivery team for deployment service
delivery. And with PLM, Practice and Site Engineering Service teams in Global
Deployment team. Supporting IP, Optical & Fixed network deployment.

What you will learn and contribute to
* Analyzes the feasibility of the Service Request submitted by the Program Business Management (PBM) team in terms of resources, planning and quality to ensure Nokia meets contractual scope of work, milestones and customer pre-requisites
* Ensures all deliverables are available according to project requirements and deployment process by engaging and coordinating relevant stakeholders (Global Centres, local teams, etc.) and securing availability and accuracy of deployment work orders
* Liaises with PBM, Customer and supplier as needed for operational needs and escalations on scope, processes, planning and/or budget
* Ensures deployment management relies on fact-based and verified schedules and forecasts
* Implements proactive change management to keep the deployment activities on track
* Monitors, reports and optimizes services delivery in alignment with relevant processes and tools providing sufficient operational visibility to stakeholders (e.g. Project Management, PMO, customer)
* Monitor and control services delivery through operational KPIs
* Coordinates internal and external field deployment team members, sets up and maintains clear and effective internal and external communication with the relevant project stakeholders, participating to reviews as needed
* Identifies and support up-scopes in cooperation with the Customer Project Management team and Account Manager
Your skills and experience



  • Manage the roll out of the deployment activities of a customer project, ensuring the project is delivered in scope of contractual obligations and within forecasted costs, time and required quality.

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering with +‎12 years experience in managing large scale projects and big teams

  • Excellent communications skills - fluent in verbal and written English

  • Interpersonal, intercultural and teamwork skills in a geographically distributed team

  • Strong expertise in NI deployment service portfolio and tools

  • Proven record in process automation and digital transformation

  • Key competences: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Project, Quality, Supplier & Cost Management, pre-sales support and transformation management.

  • Experience in rollout of IP, Optics and Fixed networks
